What you're buying

Real World SEO is a digital eBook supplied as a PDF file. The price is £19.99 for customers in the UK and US$24.99 for customers elsewhere. Where VAT or sales tax applies in your country, it is added on top at checkout. The total shown at checkout is the price you pay. Payment and delivery are handled by our payment provider, whose own terms also apply to the transaction.

Your license

When you buy the eBook you get a personal, non-transferable license to download, read and print it for your own use. You may not resell, share, upload or distribute it, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

Your right to cancel

In the UK and EU, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once the download begins if you have asked for immediate supply and accepted that you lose the right to cancel. By clicking Buy on our website and completing your purchase, you ask us to supply the eBook immediately and agree that your right to cancel ends once the download starts. This does not affect your rights if the file is faulty or not as described.

No guaranteed results

The eBook provides general educational information about search engine optimization. Search engines change their systems frequently, and results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any particular ranking, traffic level or business outcome.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you in connection with your purchase is limited to the price you paid.

Governing law

We sell to customers around the world. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, where the business is based. If you are buying as a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts where those laws allow it.
